Long Distance charges are billed upon show closing and applied to credit card. A $.75 surcharge per call will be applied on all Directory Assisted, Toll Free and Credit Card calls. These charges will appear on your credit card statement as being charged by CCLD. If using the PDF Order Form, please check the "Standard Dialing" option when ordering. |

Voice Mail Box
When ordered, this service enables a voice mail to be added to the phone line, allowing customers to leave a message for you if you are away from your booth. A Standard Business Line must be ordered in order to utilize this service. |

Extensions
This option allows a phone number to be present in more than one location. Each additional extension will ring when the initial phone number is dialed. A Standard Business Line must be ordered in order to utilize this service. |

Speakerphones
A Standard Business Line must be ordered in order to utilize this service. |

Multi-Line Sets
These Multi-Line 12 Button Phones enable the option of having multiple lines ring on one phone. When ordered, these sets add a 'hold' capability, as well as transferring calls to other lines. More than one line is not required for the use of these sets, but it is recommended. |

Rollover Extensions
The use of this option requires more than one Standard Business Line. This service allows callers to rollover to the next extension available, if the line they call is busy. |

Polycom Conference Phone
If you need more range for a conference call, this phone allows a wider circumference for users. NOTE: CCLD does not provide conference call bridges; the customer must set that up on their own through an outside source. A Standard Business Line must be ordered in order to utilize this service. |
